Dear Sponsor:

I AM DOM Foundation was formed in January 2016 to financially assist parents with children diagnosed with cancer. Our grassroots organization is dedicated to creating awareness and education to provide financial support for families enduring hardships while their child is battling this life altering disease. All of our families which we assist are under the care of Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO.
I AM DOM Foundation has scheduled an annual family event in September, at Bishop Miege High School in Roeland Park, KS and is seeking your sponsorship for the event. We believe that awareness and education against cancer can play an instrumental role in the fighting of this debilitating disease. The details of sponsorship arrangements are provided below.
In this, our inaugural year, about 250 volunteers, participants and supporters from the greater Kansas City community, including a number of businesses, attended our event on September 11, 2016. Together with the support of the entire community, our event was successful.
We appreciate your consideration of providing sponsorship for our event. Should you have any inquiry we can be contacted at 913-927-6162 or via email at IAMDOM33@gmail.com.
Thank you for visiting our page and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
With gratitude,
Martha Ramirez Billie Lovell

I AM DOM

I AM DOM is named after Dominic Palacio, who we lost on October 20, 2011.   We use his name as a symbol by representing every child with cancer and the families that are going through this life altering time. The struggle not only hits the family’s emotion, physically but also financial. The bills don’t stop coming in just because a child was diagnosed with cancer, childhood cancer is financially devastating. Families going through a tremendous amount of stress who are already dealing with the unimaginable.
